Researchers have tried to measure the human response to haptic devices. This chapter focuses on finding an opportunity for haptic to be used on virtual humans (avatar) in order to increase their capability of showing an emotion expression. In detail, haptic has the capability to create a bilateral exchange and simulate physical contact between user and virtual environment. In the other words, haptic has the potential to be combined with visual, audio, or even with human behaviour inside of virtual environment.
