Description
Summary:This study aimed to know the extent to which the Islamic Education Book of the Sixth Grade of Basic Education in Libya matches the general technical specifications of the textbook from the point of view of the educational inspection. To achieve the study aims, the researcher employed the descriptive- analytical method and the required analyses were performed by using appropriate analytical tools (IBM SPSS v.23). The results indicated the overall stability coefficient of the questionnaire axis for the content of the Islamic Education Book axis (0.964). This means that the level of evaluation of educational inspectors is high in all the three areas (the introduction, objectives and the book content). The results of the analytical- descriptive study from the perspective of the Educational Inspection Department for knowing the extent to which the textbook matches the general technical specifications of the textbook showed high evaluation in the three areas (the introduction, objectives and the book content), except for one axis from the book content. These results indicate the existence of a defect in Islamic educational values in the Islamic Educational Book of the Sixth Grade of Basic Education in the axis of educational means, with the lowest evaluation as the lowest value, which means that the level of evaluation of educational inspectors is considered high.
