Summary:This study was conducted to identify the relationship between technostress, self efficacy and mental health among postgraduate students. Respondents involved in this study were postgraduate students in Master Taught Course, School of Education, Faculty of Social Science and Humanities (FSSH), Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, Skudai, Johor Darul Ta’zim. Total of 98 respondents among these postgraduate students were selected to participate in this study. Variables that had been tested in this study were mental health, technostress and self efficacy. The dimention of mental health include depression, anxiety and stress. Feedback collected by using questionnaires in google form and being posted using online platform. These respondents had given the feedback as voluntary sampling. Data collected were analyzed using IBM Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) 20.0. The collected data were then analyzed using Mean Score Analysis to identify level of mental health, level of technostress and level of self efficacy respondents. While Pearson Correlation method had been used to identify the relationship between technostress, self afficacy and mental health respondents. Cronbach’s Alpha technique have been used to evaluate the reliability and validity of pilot studies showing high values 0.966 for mental health, 0.961 for technostress and 0.928 for self efficacy. The findings of this study found that level of mental health for these postgraduate students are at normal level, low ini technostress level and high in self efficacy level.
