The study used a mixed method for data collection which consists of qualitative and quantitative methods the revising patients and group employees will be used as respondents for the study. The data collected from the mixed-method will be analyzed. Technique and SPSS. The finding from the study found that the intervention in the group the digital system and training program give an impact on employees' performance and reduced their turnover.
