Summary:The purpose of this research is to measure the implementation of a content management system to improve the effectiveness of Klik Dengan Bijak awareness. It aims to identify the issues related to the effectiveness of Klik Dengan Bijak among its targeted audiences, to implement the intervention to increase the effectiveness of Klik Dengan Bijak and to recommend a plan to increase Klik Dengan Bijak‟s audience reached through the content management system. The study used the mix method approach. The study was divided into two stages, a qualitative study was conducted for Cycle 1, to identify the problems and to propose the interventions. In the second stage, quantitative analysis was used to measure the effectiveness of the intervention in Cycle 1 and Cycle 2. For the qualitative study, the thematic analysis approach was used for data analysis using NVivo software. To obtain quantitative data, an online survey questionnaire was distributed to 33 users. A descriptive and T-test analysis were carried out using Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) software. Consequently, the triangulation approach was used to combine all quantitative and qualitative results to produce a reliable outcome. Based on the observation, there is a difference between the mean and standard deviation ratings for both before and after implementing the intervention. Hence, the null hypothesis was rejected and the result showed that there is a difference between before and after the intervention implementation. In Cycle 2 Action Research, a quantitative method was used in this analysis. An online survey questionnaire was distributed to 29 users. A descriptive and T-test analysis has been carried out using SPSS software. New intervention has been implemented in Cycle 2; to provide awareness for the content management system to increase the audience reached for Klik Dengan Bijak. There was positive improvement before and after intervention implementation, indicating that all three of our objectives were successfully achieved.
