Two methods are considered, which are Box-Jenkins Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average (ARIMA) and Double Exponential Smoothing (DES). Using Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) as the forecasting performance measure, the study concludes that ARIMA is more appropriate model.
