A series of Design of Experiments (DOE) with full factorial design was conducted to study the optimum parameters as a process function. The significance of the grinding parameters on the selected responses was evaluated using analysis of variance ANOV A Empirical grinding models were developed by using regression analysis which considered on the significant effect of input factors and the model will be used to obtain optimum output responses (theoretical result) set as optimum parameters. Subsequently, carry out experimental again based on optimum parameters to validate the model by comparing both theoretically result and experimental result.
