behaviours and its relationship towards reducing the rate of accidents in Malaysia. Therefore the research study examines the safe driving in aspects in Islam. Secure driving
in Islam is based on a number of important elements that comprise of driving goals, travel planning, education in driving sciences and driving skills. All these features were
thoroughly peeled off from the perspectives of Islam based on the sources of the Al-Quran and Sunnah. The literature reviews cover the aspects related to issues regarding Islamic values in driving behaviours and road accidents which are not only focussed to Muslims but to all types of religion believes and ages. A methodology was planned and carried out to analyse the types of driving behaviour. The use of questionnaire survey and observation method was used as a platform to reveal the solid data. In total, 202 respondents from various types of religious believes, age and education level participated in the questionnaire survey. Meanwhile, 202 participants were also observed in the selected areas of Nibong Tebal and Parit Buntar on their driving behaviour in the aspect of not taking other people's rights in Islam. Thus, the information generated from the results allowed for a complete analysis of the driver behaviour. Therefore, the findings from this research study have resulted in the complete analysis of driving behaviour. |
