| Summary: | This survey is about affordable housing that covers relation betweens the need of space
and activit), E.t the low cost housing area. The location of the survey is Kuching ( Petra
Jaya Phase IT Low Cost Housing Area) and Siol Kanan Low Cost Housing Area (Taman
Sukrna ). This survey concentrates on the real affordable phase of the occupants at the
survey area after they live at the house within certain period. The affordable phase is
related with the need of the space and activity and its effect to the house renovation .The eadystage of the survey is to make reference towards the survey theory and to get
data from the related department that involves with housing. Apart from that, the
preparation and the distribution of the questionaire to the respondents at the survey area
was done in order to analyse it based on the objective of the survey.
Kajian ini adalah mengenai perumahan terupaya merangkumi perkaitan di antara
keperluan ruang dan aktiviti di kawasan perumahan kos rendah. Lokasi kajian yang di
pilih terletak di di bandaraya Kuching iaitu kawasan Perumahan Kos Rendah Petra Jaya Fasa II dan Perumahan Kos Rendah Siol Kanan (Taman Sukma). Kajian ini
lebih tertumpu kepada tahap keupayaan sebenar penghuni di kawasan kajian setelah
meIidllduk.i nl1nah berkenaan dalam tempoh masa tertentu. Tahap terupaya dikaitkan
dengan keperluan ruang dan aktiviti dan kesannya terhadap pengubahsuaian rumah .
. Peringkat awal kajian adalah membuat rujukan terhadap teori kajian di samping
mendapatkan data-data daripada jabatan yang berkaitan dengan perumahan. Selain
daripada ini, penyediaan dan pengedaran borang kaji selidik kepada responden-responden
di kawasan kajian juga dijalankan bagi penganalisan berlandaskan
objektif yang telah ditentukan. |
