Mostly the divorce cases involve most of the young couples and a few of divorce cases involve the old couples. Therefore, the aim of this research paper is to attempt to identify and elaborate the rights of women to get their rights when the divorce takes place. Furthermore, it becomes clear that the Islamic family law emphasizes the advice contained in the original and authentic sources of Islam, al-Quran and Hadith. This research is to identify laws and the divorce procedure that give the protection to the woman as their rights. In obtaining the information, the writer used many method including library method research, observations, descriptions and the others. The result of this research shows that all the parties are responsible to make sure the family attain peace and happiness.
