In this enactment, the laws and procedures are neatly underlined, but in terms of its execution, an improvement need to be done to ensure the rules are really benefited by the one who pays zakat, the person who receives it and the people who manage it. This article will discuss on the various provisions and regulations concerning zakat management in Kedah.
