defined by any statute. However, there are statutory
provisions that may be applicable to this act. Sexual
harassment falls under criminal and civil offenses. Even
though the issue of sexual harassment is always focused at
the workplace, it may happen anywhere either in public place, academic setting or via Internet. Islam is also against
this conduct as it is inconsistant with the actual teaching. This
article will eloborate sexual harassment under Malaysia law
