This responsibilities including all aspect of life such as food. clothes, home, education and so on. According to Family Law in Malaysia, those who are can fulfill the criteria that have been stated. Based on Kelantan Islamic Family Law Enactment 2002, the needs is not the main factor for someone to be a guardian for the child but the expectation to be a guardian is the most important one. This research is mostly regarding to the library research and cases judgments. From this research, writer can make the conclusion that the welfare of children cannot take easy.
