The rule of television in teaching Arabic language to non-Arabic speakers is very crucial. Television provides picture, sound and motion, in addition to the ability to display any desired text, tools that of great importance in process of teaching Arabic Language for non-Arabic speakers. Television is a very attractive tool for learners. This study contains an introduction, problem statement of the research, and the importance of the research, research methodology. The study has taken into consideration the internal operational system of television and the concept of educational television, and the production strategy of educational television, and the fundamentals of the production of the educational television programs, and the usage of television in teaching languages, in addition to the advantages of using television as a tool in teaching Arabic Language to non-Arabic speakers.
