The research utilized two methodologies; library research where the researchers obtained the information through books and brochures and field research. The research concentrated on the centers of the three NGOS only, two in Jakarta and one in Yogyakarta. The out come of the research shows that the three NGOS have achieved tremendous achievement in the fatwa management however, there is still room which needs to be improved especially in the area of enforcement and the using of ICT in the fatwa management.
