Summary:This research is discussing about the topic of 'Marriage without Permission, its Factors and Effects at Pejabat Agama Daerah Baling'. Writer tends to choose this topic because our society today has no concern about this topic and the writer feels that this topic will cause many problems to our society. This research was specifically done in Pejabat Agama Daerah Baling. Writer had used several methods in collecting the information and data needed. All of the information consists of Fiqh's books, laws, magazines and articles, local papers, thesis and others. Write also has interviewed and observed the relevant document in getting the information needed. The objective of this research is to identify the factors of this problem related to society in Baling and also to find out whether the marriage of the couple in Thailand is valid or not. Among the factors which indicate to this marriage are the failure of the couple to get permission of their parents, the cost of marriage are too high to man, and the woman is pregnant before marriage. In other word, this research was done to analyze the statistic of runaway marriage in people of Baling. From the research that was done, the writer conclude that awareness of every Muslims to the perfect ness of marriage is the main solution to solve this problem in our society, which is unsolved until today.
