Firstly, to identify the forbidden things or activities in the Islamic Syariah. Secondly,
to know whether the practices of the Muslims are permissible or vice-versa. Thirdly,
to state the Islamic laws regarding the identified forbidden practices This study covers
the scope of having or performing illicit, sexual intercourse, robbery, monetary
interests, corruption and practicing black magic. The study also states the dittering
Syariah laws based on the four different schools of thoughts (Mazhab).It also tries to
give proofs of the existing laws based on each different Mazhab. It also points out the
negative or bad effects on practicing the forbidden acts to the individual or society.
The study would them suggest ways to avoid practicing these negative practices so
that it will not become a virus in the society. |
