Summary:In effort to achieve vision 2020, Malaysia wants to ensure citizens to be highly moralizing and self-esteem to lead the country towards development. So the government plays the main role to create ethical citizen from the aspect of administration and environment. Through a field study author is attempting to review the ethics implementation at Lembaga Tabung Haji (LTH) Kota Bharu. Authors also conducted library research; references were taken from pre-eminent authors. The main objective of the research is to view how the Islamic work ethics were implemented in the organization. It is authors hope to see this research could be a valuable guidelines to society. Author also hopes society could view the best ethical system is within Islam.
