This study combines and compares extensive literature from the rnediJmanagement, sociology and psycho-spirinral approaches to the study of Muslims in media industr.ies. Many research into creative media workers show that working in television production involved_ overwork, long hour, poorpay, isotation, and insecurity. These stutlies, however, lack emphasis on the religious life ofemployees involved. As tbiMusiims working in television industr-ies, such poor experiences may have a great impact on their religious lile.
