Summary:ABSTRACT This is a quasi-experimental study designed to identify drug psycho-educational group counseling approach to help improve self-concept among high school students at risk. Respondent consists of 30 at-risk students and were Form 2 students. 15 persons were chosen as samples of the treatment group and another 15 were in the control group. This group session using a module called “Modul Kursus Fasilitator Sahabat PPDa-PETRONAS”. Data obtained from Tennese Inventory Self Concept Scale (TSCS) was analyzed using SPSS. The results showed that there were significant changes between pre and post test scores for the treatment group after undergoing drug psycho-educational group sessions including Behavioral Self-Concept, Self Moral & Ethical, Personal Self and Family Self. The findings also showed that there are no significant changes between pre and post test scores for the control group. In line with the findings of the study, some implications and recommendations are presented. ABSTRAK Kajian ini merupakan satu kajian kuasi-eksperimental yang bertujuan untuk mengenal pasti pendekatan kaunseling kelompok psikopendidikan dadah dalam membantu meningkatkan konsep kendiri dalam kalangan pelajar berisiko sekolah menengah. Sampel kajian terdiri daripada 30 orang pelajar berisiko dan merupakan pelajar tingkatan 2. 15 orang telah dipilih sebagai sampel kumpulan rawatan dan 15 orang lagi sebagai kumpulan kawalan. Sesi kelompok ini menggunakan modul yang dikenali sebagai “Modul Kursus Fasilitator Sahabat PPDa-PETRONAS”. Dapatan kajian menunjukkan bahawa terdapat perubahan signifikan antara skor ujian pra dan pasca bagi kumpulan rawatan selepas menjaani sesi kelompok psikopendidikan dadah yang merangkumi Konsep Kendiri Tingkahlaku, Kendiri Moral & Etika, Kendiri Peribadi dan juga Kendiri Keluarga. Dapatan juga menunjukkan bahawa tiada perubahan yang signifikan antara skor ujian pra dan pasca bagi kumpulan kawalan.
