spelling my.usim-148452017-05-16T04:13:50Z الإعلام الإسلامي: الرؤية والإشكالية Mohamed Mohamed Eshtawi, Zulkiple Abd Ghani Keywords: Islamic communication, Islamic communication theory, communication documentation, communication ethics تسعى‭ ‬هذه‭ ‬الدراسة‭ ‬للإجابة‭ ‬على‭ ‬جملة‭ ‬من‭ ‬الأسئلة‭ ‬البحثية،‭ ‬هي‭: ‬ما‭ ‬هي‭ ‬النظرية‭ ‬في‭ ‬الإعلام‭ ‬الاسلامي؟‭ ‬وما‭ ‬هي‭ ‬أصول‭ ‬وأسس‭ ‬الإعلام‭ ‬الإسلامي؟‭ ‬ثم‭ ‬ما‭ ‬هي‭ ‬الرؤية‭ ‬الإسلامية‭ ‬للإعلام؟‭ ‬وما‭ ‬هي‭ ‬الإشكاليات‭ ‬التي‭ ‬تواجه‭ ‬هذه‭ ‬الرؤية؟‭ ‬وما‭ ‬هي‭ ‬أخلاقيات‭ ‬المهنة‭ ‬الإعلامية،‭ ‬ويختم‭ ‬بالسؤال‭ ‬عن‭ ‬منهج‭ ‬التوثيق‭ ‬الإعلامي‭ ‬في‭ ‬القرآن‭ ‬والسنة،‭ ‬والذي‭ ‬يجب‭ ‬على‭ ‬جميع‭ ‬العاملين‭ ‬في‭ ‬حقل‭ ‬الدعوة‭ ‬الإسلامية‭ ‬والإعلام‭ ‬الإسلامي‭ ‬سلوكه‭. ‬وقد‭ ‬إتبعت‭ ‬هذه‭ ‬الورقة‭ ‬المنهج‭ ‬الوصفي‭ ‬التحليلي‭. ‬وقد‭ ‬توصلت‭ ‬الدراسة‭ ‬إلى‭ ‬أن‭ ‬الإعلام‭ ‬الإسلامي‭ ‬هو‭ ‬الذي‭ ‬يقوم‭ ‬بتغطية‭ ‬أخبار‭ ‬الناس‭ ‬ويتفاعل‭ ‬مع‭ ‬آرائهم‭ ‬ويلامس‭ ‬همومهم‭ ‬بصدق‭ ‬وأمانة‭ ‬وتوثيق،‭ ‬باستخدام‭ ‬كافة‭ ‬وسائل‭ ‬الإعلام‭ ‬المتطورة‭. ‬وأن‭ ‬النظرية‭ ‬الإسلامية‭ ‬تستمد‭ ‬أركانها‭ ‬من‭ ‬القرآن‭ ‬الكريم،‭ ‬فالله‭ ‬سبحانه‭ ‬هو‭ ‬المرسل،‭ ‬والناس‭ ‬هم‭ ‬جهة‭ ‬التلقي‭ ‬والإرسال،‭ ‬والحق‭ ‬مضمون‭ ‬الرسالة‭ ‬في‭ ‬الإعلام‭ ‬الإسلامي،‭ ‬وحامل‭ ‬الرسالة‭ ‬هو‭ ‬رسول‭ ‬الله،‭ ‬ثم‭ ‬يحملها‭ ‬الاعلامي‭ ‬الإسلامي‭ ‬لينقلها‭ ‬إلى‭ ‬البشرية‭ ‬لتعلم‭ ‬حقوقها‭ ‬وواجباتها‭. ‬وهذه‭ ‬العناصر‭ ‬في‭ ‬مجموعها‭ ‬هي‭ ‬الآليات‭ ‬التي‭ ‬يمكن‭ ‬من‭ ‬خلالها‭ ‬الحكم‭ ‬على‭ ‬إسلامية‭ ‬الإعلام‭. ‬وفي‭ ‬منهج‭ ‬التوثيق‭ ‬الإعلامي‭ ‬بين‭ ‬القرآن‭ ‬الكريم‭ ‬مدخلات‭ ‬الخبر‭ ‬السليم‭ ‬ومخرجاته،‭ ‬إذ‭ ‬يكون‭ ‬التلقي‭ ‬بالأذن‭ ‬لينتقل‭ ‬إلى‭ ‬العقل،‭ ‬ليعقله‭ ‬ويزنه‭ ‬بميزان‭ ‬الشرع‭ ‬ومن‭ ‬ثم‭ ‬يعود‭ ‬إلى‭ ‬اللسان‭ ‬لينطق‭ ‬به‭.‬ الكلمات‭ ‬المفتاحية‭: ‬الإعلام‭ ‬الإسلامي،‭ ‬نظرية‭ ‬الإعلام‭ ‬الإسلامي،‭ ‬التوثيق‭ ‬الإعلامي،‭ ‬أخلاقيات‭ ‬المهنة‭.‬ Abstract This study aims at answering a number of questions. They are: what is the Islamic communication theory? What are the basics of Islamic communication? What is the Islamic vision of communication? What are the problems that are face to achieve the vision? What are the ethics of communication? The final question is about communication documentation in the noble Quran and Sunnah that should be followed by all Muslim callers and communicators. This study uses descriptive and analytical methods. The findings of the study show that Islamic communication is the kind of communication that covers news of societies, interacts with them, and represents their sorrows authentically. Also the Islamic theory of communication originated from the noble Quran in which it is stated that Allah SWT is the sender, mankind is the recipient, and truth is the content. Meanwhile, the channel is Prophet Muhammad PBUH. Then Muslim broadcasters are entitled to be the channel to disseminate the Islamic message. These are the elements that determine the Islamicity of communication.
