Kajian eksperimen yang mengaplikasikan kaunseling kelompok terapi tingkah laku kognitif terhadap pelajar mangsa buli yang telah dijalankan ini telah menunjukkan kesan positif. Data kualitatif dari hasil temu bual pra dan pasca, yang menggunakan soal selidik semi struktur, telah memperlihatkan peningkatan tahap pengetahuan mengenai buli dan sebab diri mangsa dibuli. Bagi mengukur efikasi kendiri, skala The Peer Aggression Coping Self Efficacy Scale (PACSES) telah diterjemah dan digunakan pada peringkat pra dan pasca temu bual. Kajian mendapati terdapat peningkatan efikasi kendiri dalam kalangan responden yang telah mengikuti kaunseling kelompok tingkahlaku kognitif. Kajian ini telah menunjukkan penggunaan terapi tingkah laku kognitif yang memfokuskan kepada bidang pengetahuan tentang buli, memahami sebab diri dibuli dan efikasi kendiri oleh kaunselor sekolah untuk membantu mangsa buli, dan dapat memperkasakan diri mangsa buli dalam menghadapi situasi buli. Kata Kunci:Mangsa buli, Terapi Tingkah Laku Kognitif, Kaunseling Kelompok, Efikasi kendiri, Sekolah menengah, Buli Abstract Awareness of the victims to understand the purpose of bullying, why they are being bullied and the importance of increasing self-efficacy was found to help the victims to cope with the phenomenon of bullying. An experimental study applying the counseling group cognitive behavioral therapy to eight students who have been victims of bullying which have carried out have shown positive effects. Qualitative data from the interviews, pre and post, using semi-structured questionnaires, have shown an increase in the level of knowledge about bullying and why they are being bullied. Too measure self-efficacy, The Peer Aggression Coping Self-Efficacy Scale (PACSES) have been translated and used in the pre and post-interviews. The study found an increase in the self-efficacy score among respondents who had attended cognitive behavioral group counseling. This study has demonstrated the use of cognitive behavioral therapy, which focuses on the field of knowledge about bullying, understand the reason oneself being bullied and the important of self-efficacy of bully victim.
