This study also aimed to identify the performance concept in general as well and to clarify the importance of performance evaluation and the different ways to evaluate the performance. The researcher used the descriptive analytical method as a method of analysis based on accurate information about reinforcement and the performance evaluation. The study sample consisted of 330 administrative workers in the directorates general in the educational governorates in the Ministry of Education. The governorates are Al-Dhahira, Al-Dakhilya, Al-Buraimi, Al- Batinah South and Al Batinah North. The employees in the sample are of different jobs such as Department Director, Deputy Director, Head of the Department, coordination and follow-up supervisor, administrative Affairs researcher and administrative Affairs writer. In order to collect the information, the researcher developed a questionnaire included 45 paragraphs divided on three dimensions which are the main forms of the tangible reinforcement, the most important forms of incorporeal reinforcement and the effectiveness of the reinforcement provided by the Ministry of Education in the Sultanate of Oman.
