This paper offers a preliminary insight of the application of Environmental Law Principles in the National Green Technology Policy and Act in Malaysia. Supported by the Principles, the National Green Technology Act and Policy are hoped to achieve its aim and objective at is to govern the Green Technology practices in Malaysia.
