The magnetoresistance which is defined as MR% = (Ro – RH)/RH x 100; was measured by four point probe method over various temperatures (90K, 100K, 150K, 200K, 250K, 270K and 300K). The highest MR% values for x=0.00, 0.40, 0.50 and 0.60 are -15.1%, -26.1%, -54.9% and -62.2% at 1 Tesla respectively. AFM images reveal that the grain size reduce when dopant concentration increase. The XRD diffractograms show similar spectrum with no other secondary phase for all samples.
