Description
Summary:Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are often regarded as the key drivers of a country's economic growth. The lack of adequate financial resources will have an influence on the contributions of SMEs to economic progress. Bank financing can help SMEs get additional funds to help with business expansion. Nonetheless, numerous SMEs have reservations about the effectiveness of this type of finance in improving their business operations. As a result, the purpose of this research is to examine the impact of bank financing on the performance of SMEs in Bangladesh. This study employed a quantitative technique to attain its goals, delivering 403 questionnaires to SMEs in Bangladesh. The research reveals that bank financing improves both the economic and non-economic performance of Bangladesh's SMEs.
