The advances of technology would cause an air pollution where can make unhealthy environment for living life. With a world concern for this phenomena, the uprising of alternative energy source from renewable energy has been started. Currently there was a various type of alternative energy source such as from solar, wind, biomass and biogas (thermal energy), and hydro energy from water flowing. This energy source produces by using nature. The main concept to having electricity is to rotate the generator by using nature sources which friendlier environment. The important of renewable energy is the efficiencies of the conversion system device also that system itself. Without better system could not give the optimum output. This thesis is presented the development of energy harvest from tire rotation which is a dynamo will located on electric scooter tire side wall. Due to rotation of tire, the dynamo will rotate the roller and produces an electricity. This electricity will connect to a system before charging the battery. The battery charging controller was using PIC16f877a with C-language written coding for charging control purpose.
