Summary: | The importance of trying to find a partial or total alternative due to the negative impact of cement on the environment is because it contributes to acid rain. Therefore, material specialists and researchers are competing in the field of finding suitable and abundant materials, including waste, whether industrial or agricultural to make an additional score and disposal. The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of mango leaf ash (MLA) substitution as a partial replacement for cement type OPC 53 in.the concrete mixture. To achieve the goal, laboratory tests were done to check the efficiency of adding ash to cement with varying 0%, 2%, 5%, 6%, and 8% by weight of cement. The grade of concrete that was used was M30 and the experiments were compressive strength test at 7, 14, 28 days respectively. Also, the flexural test and splitting tensile tests were conducted at 28 days. In addition, the concrete was tested also in a fresh style to check workability from the slump test.
