A small scale horizontal wind turbine is taken as point of interest to study because in the market, small scale wind turbine is rarely been use. As for Malaysia, the usage of wind turbine in industrial or commercialize wind turbine is very low. This is because the natural wind speed in Malaysia is not sufficient to power up an electric generation wind mill or keeps a wind turbine to run nonstop. However in nowadays, energy demand is very high and the prices of other source of energy rather than wind energies are also high. Therefor a small scale and cheap wind turbine may reduce the burden of people using energy.
