The aim of the experiment is to find the awareness of occupational safety and health among construction engineers. To achieve the objective of the research, a systematic study was conducted among construction engineers. Two research method was used which are qualitative research method, interview and quantitative research method, survey questionnaire that are distributed among the construction engineers. The finding of the research reveal the level of awareness of occupational safety and health among construction engineers in Malaysia which is 3.97/5.00 which shows that the awareness level is medium. However it is find out that the implementation of occupational safety and health law is 75%.
