Monthly median values of the solar radiation are evaluated and analysed for the past several years' occurrences. The approach is to look at either increasing or decreasing the value for solar radiation parameter if the evaluated median solar radiation values proves to be oppositely below or above the assigned value, respectively. Worst case environmental conditions like high solar radiation levels on which the current conservative parameter assumptions are premised could happen only for a few days per year.
