CFD analysis of pipe inserts in pump suction manifold and its effect to flow recirculation

This thesis is a reporting on a study of recirculation inside a suction manifold that transporting water to pumps using ANSYS FLUENT simulations. The development of recirculation inside suction manifold occurred becoause of the existence of T-junction, bends and concentric reducer.
