Summary:The study of this project is to identify the waste management problem at cattle farm. In order to make use of the waste generated, an integrated biogas generation system for the animal farm waste management being design by following certain aspects and properties. Hence, in order to evaluate the design, an integrated calculator being established. The method used in completing this project was by reviewing few patents of the existed biogas plant and extracting out the best features from each and adapt them to be function in Malaysia’s climate. Next, in order to evaluate the design of the biogas, the calculator being generated with input of the cattle dung as substrate and the gas collected through fermentation process which is the anaerobic digestion that will produce the methane gas as the end product of the experiment and that methane gas that will be absolutely useful. As to make used of the biogas to its maximum efficiency these are the list of components of the biogas such as starting with the storage tank, next will be the digester tank, and the biogas holder that are well equipped with gate valve, slurry influent and effluent pipes and the uni-seal. All of this process of using the waste management was supported with the calculation of the operation activities that will increase the effectiveness of the biogas plant. The integrated calculator was designed using excel spreadsheet by focusing on the dry mass of the organic substance and the methane production.
