The main problem to develop belt motorized system is more challenging due to certain problems. This prototype using recycle material as the framework model and the LDR use as light sensor to detect the sunlight movement and the difference of two LDR will determine the highest intensity of sunlight position and give signal to the Arduino. The Arduino to move all the equipment of the hardware and Arduino programming to detect the movement of the motor with a right sequence. This project improvement by using belting system in the solar tracker. The stepper motor at vertical-axis attach with the pulley to move the belting and the other pulley attach with the wood stick which is the PV panel. The stepper motor at horizontal-axis attach with pulley to move the belting and the other pulley attach with the vertical axis. Two stepper motor are using to move the belt in horizontal-axis and vertical-axis and the belt movement to move the PV panel at the final position. The result of the prototype shown with the movement of the belting system using the stepper motor.
