The aim of this study is to evaluate the effect of cenosphere and PP fiber added to concrete mortar on its thermal conductivity, and finding the right combination of raw materials that preserve, and if possible improve, the mechanical properties and structure thermal-efficiency of building materials. The findings for mechanical properties tests suggested that in general, the inclusion of fibers caused significant reduction in fresh mortar flow. As for compressive strength, the data for all various mixtures revealed an interesting contrast. It was also found that strength will dropped for all cenosphere mixtures series. In general the use of cenospheres have a good heat capacity with low thermal conductivity. The findings revealed that incorporation of cenospheres caused reduction in k value and yet, the effect of cenospheres on k was dropped nicely in adding more cenospheres.
