Therefore, baby diapers polymer is introduced as the internal curing agent to overcome the problems. The main purpose of this project is to overcome shortage of water supply in curing and to achieve concrete Grade 60 with inclusion of baby diapers polymer. The objectives of this research are to determine the workability of concrete with inclusion of baby diapers polymer and to determine the durability of self-curing concrete with control mixture and inclusion of baby diapers polymer. Design mix with size 100 x 100 x 100mm has tested at day 3, 7 and 28 with a ratio of 0% as mix control and 1%, 2% and 3% with inclusion of baby diapers polymer. From the result obtained, inclusion of baby diapers polymer is concluded to improve hydration process in the concrete. During hydration process, the baby diapers polymer can distribute the water uniformly in the concrete so the early stage of cracking can be prevented.
