Microchannel Heat Exchangers have been widely used in an industrial application as it advantages of having higher heat removal load and better performance of fluid flow compare to the conventional heat exchanger. The main purpose of this project is to conduct numerical simulation to identify the performance of the rate of heat transfer in Microchannel Heat Exchanger. The model of the heat exchanger was design using SolidWorks and the analysis was done using Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) SolidWorks Flow Simulation.
