The development of the manufacturing industry continues to grow rapidly in order to consider the demands of the world, and workers in that production are easy to experience the WMSDs. Therefore, the aim of the research is to collect details on Musculoskeletal Related Disorders (WMSDs) in the manufacturing industry. The data and details collected in this assignment is collected based on two departments which is manufacturing and assemble area. The method of collecting investigative data was done using a modified questionnaire based on the Nordic questionnaire. Data collected and analysed using SPSS software and Solidworks 2018 were used to create custom tools to reduce the occurrence of WMSD against employees at Jabatan Kerja Raya Kuala Terengganu (JKRKT).
