| Summary: | This thesis emphasizes the importance of renewable energy in this modern world which can be seen that the energy demand is increasing by the year. One of the sector that has high energy demand is the residential sector. Therefore, that is why the objective is stated to study the importance of renewable energy, specifically by introducing hydro energy to each of house unit, just as how solar energy has shown a great positive impact with its solar photovoltaic system. The study was being conducted by collecting data from past research articles of renewable energy, especially, hydro energy on residential sector. This is to find the positive and negative impact on using renewable energy in the residential sector. Plus, more collection of data can be achieved from experiment. The experiment is conducted to calculate the efficiency of a mini hydro turbine using the water parameter of a unit house. The results were discussed and concluded to show how renewable energy give a huge positive impact in this modern world. |
