I have chosen Universiti Tenaga Nasional as the location I carried out the research. UNITEN is not facing any traffic problem for the mean time but faces mild traffic problem. Hence, ERP system could help in solving the parking problem. With few regulations imposed, toll is collected as rebate for the implementation.
