Experimental investigation and optimization of nanofluid mass concentration of loop heat pipe for cpu cooling.
Experiments are conducted to investigate heat transfer characteristics of using nanofluid in a loop heat pipe (LHP) as a working medium. The performance well be evaluated based on the total thermal resistance enhancement of the LPH for each kind of nanofluid investigated.
