It questioned us whether Quality Environment still relevant for sustainability productivity since most important for all of employer in the industry is to achieve highest productivity as possible. According to definition given by Malaysia Productivity Corporation (MPC), Quality Environment is the start of a healthy, convenient and productive life for everybody at work. It is believed that types of environment will helps in many aspect and beneficial for all. This is crucial for efficiency enhancement. At the point when it is being implemented effectively in an organization, Quality Environment will make good changes toward sustainability productivity while maintaining healthy and good life of workers. For example, every unnecessary item is expelled from the workplace and only important items are strategically placed near worker, gives machines and hardware are kept spotless and shiny. These changes will bring cheerful and positive environment at the workplace. Factor of stress may reduce because we will become comfortable to find the needed item when it is being properly spotted. |
