Formation and characterization of zif- 8..
In this research, ZIF-8 was synthesized using three different methods namely dip coating, spin coating, and screen printing. For dip coating, the number of dips of 1,2,3 and the time taken of 30, 60 and 150 seconds for each dip were the variables. For the spin coating, the spinning speed of 1000, 15...

Summary: | In this research, ZIF-8 was synthesized using three different methods namely dip coating, spin coating, and screen printing. For dip coating, the number of dips of 1,2,3 and the time taken of 30, 60 and 150 seconds for each dip were the variables. For the spin coating, the spinning speed of 1000, 1500, 2000, 2500 rpm and the number of drops of 5 and 10 were the variables whereas, for the screen printing, only one-layer synthesis was carried out. All the samples were characterized using X-Ray Diffraction (XRD), Ultra-Visible Spectroscopy (UV-VIS) and Potential of Coated Glass. Only one best-selected sample was characterized using Field Scanning Electron Microscope (FESEM). Potential of Coated Glass indicated that the thicker the membrane, the higher the voltage. Field Scanning electron Microscope with 10.0K magnification showed that membrane formed using dip-coating was layered and dispersed. |
