Lean tools is one of the method to eliminates the waste of the production and improving method in management of production. Industrial visit was conducted to gain the information of the method that are currently been used in manufacturing industry. Next, two lean method have been preferred in this research study which is Kaizen and Kanban method. The study provides the comparison between the method that both company implemented.
