Furthermore, manufacturing costs are low and can be produced in a large amount. The microstrip antenna will be discussed here. The goal-of the project is to have a Flame Retardant 4 (FR4) microstrip antenna and with the use of a Wireless Local Area-Network (WLAN) substratum, Roger 4350 substratum. The selected antenna frequency is 2.4GHz and has been selected from the Wireless Fidelity (WiFi) Network IEEE 802.11. Two primary elements of the project are calculation and simulation design. CST studio software used to evaluate antenna radiation patterns before antenna is produced. Vector Network Analyzer (VNA) used for the results measurement of the produced antenna. The simulation and measurement findings indicate a little distinction for both material substrates.
