The automated tire inflating system is a combination of electrical and mechanical system. There are few problems arise while designing the system. Those problems were addressed by designing an exclusive mechanical component using the computer aided design software Solidworks, Then the designed component was simulated in the software to verify the desired function is achieved. Other than that, stress analysis and factor of safety was also evaluated for the design using the software.
