There are three objectives that stated in this project. To achieve the objectives of the project, a lot research have been done to complete this thesis report. Besides that, the problem statement also need to be solve to ensure that the design of the pedal-powered vehicle can be used in future. After finish doing research, some conceptual design which consists of chassis and suspension system have been drawn to choose the most suitable design as the final design for the pedal-powered vehicle. However, the initial design system needs to do some test to run it whether the design is satisfaction. Therefore, simulation and analysis also have been done for chassis and suspension system of pedal-powered vehicle by using software to determine the stress, strain, flow simulation and pressure simulation of it.
