A few experiments into different parts of the superconductors resulted in a remarkable improvement in the superconductive properties of these materials and in the development of methods that are particularly appealing for electrical power and high-field magnet applications. Mostly during manufacturing process it was noticed that the superconductive properties of bi-based mass materials are significantly dependent on heat treatment conditions These parameters are still designed to improve reproducibility for bi-based superconductor materials utilized. Fractions of various weights, MgO particles were added into (Bi, Pb) 2 2 −1 2 +4+ powder. Bulk samples were made of the powder Bi2223 / MgO and heat-treated at different temperatures. The phase formation and the microstructure were analyzed for various quantities of MgO and for different conditions of sintering. It was found that, when the amount of MgO increased, the ratio of phase Bi2223 decreased below 845 ° C. Adding MgO caused the quality of the Bi2201 process to decrease through an increase in the viscosity of liquids. MgO 's presence affected the sample microstructure and reduced the mean size of Bi2223 grains. Measurements of magnetization hysteresis studied the effects of the MgO addition on the inter-granular critical current density, Jc as a function of the magnetic fields.
