The financial impact that faculty and staff participation can have on the higher education enterprise and beyond is the subject of this investigation. Besides that, employee engagement has also become a central organizational notion in recent years, thanks to organizations like Google. An employee's level of commitment and involvement towards their organization and its principles and ideals is defined as follows: Involved employees are cognizant of the business environment and work collaboratively with colleagues to improve performance in their jobs for the benefit of the organization. The initiative to increase employee engagement directly impacts the productivity of the firm. All firms desire for their staff to be actively involved in their jobs. Customers' satisfaction is correlated with employee engagement, and customer satisfaction is correlated with an organization's financial performance. Engagement occurs when a sufficient number of employees are concerned about doing a good job and about what the organization is attempting to accomplish and how it intends to accomplish it. This caring attitude and behaviour can only be fostered when individuals are satisfied in their positions, believe that their employer supports them, and collaborate with an effective human resources manager. A descriptive study technique is used in this paper to conduct a review of the literature based on numerous research findings and critical success strategies. It forecasts the influence of employee engagement on a higher education institution. It also discusses the critical success variables that influence employee engagement as well as the results of the critical success. 2023-05-03T13:42:03Z 2023-05-03T13:42:03Z 2021-09 Resource Types::text::Thesis https://irepository.uniten.edu.my/handle/123456789/19627 en application/pdf
