True random number generators (TRNGs) are the best in producing random numbers. TRNGs works by measuring a controlled and organized physical process and the randomness of TRNG can be accurately categorized and measured. This paper presents a memristor based ring oscillator TRNG which uses different prime number of inverters. All of the ring oscillators (ROs) were designed using LT SPICE 0.18 µm model technology by Silterra.
